Water where it shouldn't be?

Call the emergency line, any hour, any day. While we drive over, these three things save the most damage.

Emergency: 604-555-0147
  1. Shut off the main

The main shut-off is usually on a wall where the water line enters the house: basement, crawlspace, utility room or garage. Turn it clockwise until it stops.

  2. Turn the tank down

If the leak is at the hot water tank, set a gas tank to "pilot", or switch off the breaker for an electric one. Then close the cold supply valve on top.

  3. Photograph, then move things

Take a few photos for your insurer, then lift boxes, rugs and electronics off the floor. Keep clear of standing water near outlets.

What we fix

Residential plumbing, heating and drains across Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Every job starts with a price range before any work begins.

  • Leaks & burst pipes

Burst lines, leaking fittings, frozen pipes after a cold snap, and the slow drip behind the wall you've been ignoring.

    Ask about leaks
  • Hot water tanks & tankless

Repair, flush and replacement of gas and electric tanks, plus tankless installs. Old tank hauled away.

    Ask about hot water
  • Furnaces & boilers

No-heat calls, yearly tune-ups, and replacing tired furnaces and hydronic boilers before the rain turns to sleet.

    Ask about heating
  • Drain cleaning & camera checks

Slow sinks, backed-up floor drains and root-filled perimeter lines. We run a camera so you see what's down there.

    Ask about drains
  • Bathroom & kitchen renovations

Rough-in and finishing for renos: new fixtures, moved drains, laundry rooms and basement suites.

How a call goes

  1. A plumber answers

You talk to someone who does the work, not a call centre. Or send the quote form and we call you back.

  2. Price before work

We look, explain what's wrong, and give you a price range before anything is cut, drained or replaced.

  3. Fixed and tidied

Drop sheets down, mess cleaned up, and a written invoice that says what we did.
